The Weber 7635 Flavorizer Bars are used to complement the grill set by directing the heat and vaporizing drippings onto food to add the smoky flavor. These angled metal bars fit over the burners to shield them against grease, evenly spread the heat over the entire cooking surface, and minimize the flare-ups when grilling. They have the grates supported by them and enable the grates to have a consistent temperature, positioned directly over the burner tubes located in the cooking chamber of the grill.
