The Weber-Stephen Products 70307 Range Smoker Burner-Tube is used to add smoke to meats and other foods to add the flavor of an authentic barbecue. This burner tube is used to carry and distribute gas at evenly spaced holes along its length, which produces a continuous flame that warms the chips of wood put over it. It is installed in the grill firebox underneath the cooking grates and it is connected directly to the gas supply in the unit. Regular heat production means it produces smoke and imparts better.
