The Bertazzoni 610006 Range-Plate Induction is installed in the contemporary kitchen set up to allow induction-compatible cookware to work efficiently on induction cooktops. This part is intended to be placed directly on the induction surface as a transfer plate between the electromagnetic heat and non-induction cookware on it. It functions by taking up the magnetic energy produced by the induction cooktop and transforming it into heat, then uniformly to the bottom of the cookware.
