The Bertazzoni 606127 Range Circular Heater generates radiant heat to cook with electrical energy as the thermal output. It is placed in the cavity of the oven and placed in line with support brackets, wiring terminals and insulation layers making that it is properly placed to provide evenly distributed heat. The heater is programmed to attain a uniform thermal emission on its rotational surface. It connects with the control board, temperature sensors and oven portions and aids in the cooking programs.
