The Bertazzoni 606118 Range Platea Resistor 2100W S7D1 PIRO is fitted within the oven cavity of matching kitchens, to produce a uniform heat source when the pyrolytic self-cleaning mode is activated. It works by changing electrical energy to heat energy, which is required to burn food waste and grease at high temperatures. This resistor is mounted at the back of the panel and it is directly linked to the internal wiring harness and the heating control system.
