The Bertazzoni 602025 Range Thermostat regulates oven temperature by sensing heat within the cooking chamber & adjusting the electrical or heating control circuit based on the selected options. The temperature increases toward the selected level and the thermostat changes its internal control state, reducing or interrupting heat circulation. It is mounted near the oven control section, with its sensing element positioned toward the cooking cavity and connects to the adjacent heating circuit and control system. Its operation supports temperature regulation and cycling during baking, roasting and other oven operations.
