Product Description
The Diversitech Corporation 6-734 Teflon-Tape 1/2" X 260" is used to seal minor openings between pipe threads to minimize leakage. When tightened, it becomes compressed to create a smooth and homogenous barrier. Before assembly on the male threaded fittings, it is applied to improve the integrity of the joints and to allow easy disassembly when required. It is placed directly on the threads, which allows dependable sealing and a stable performance of connections.
