The Frigidaire 5304518635 Range Spark Module produces and delays high-voltage pulses to the burner electrodes to trigger gas combustion throughout the appliance. It is mounted in the control console of the range and it is connected to the wiring harness and to the surface burner switches and spark electrodes via special terminals. The module is set to have transformer circuitry that generates controlled ignition sparks. It synchronizes ignition sequencing with user command and gas valve operation and assists in the burner ignition throughout normal cooking cycles.
