Installation Steps

Step 1: All required tools, materials, and components will be assembled. A new 5209EL1006A LG dryer metal ducting, a utility knife, a screwdriver, pliers, a drill, and a level will be needed.

Step 2: The power supply to the dryer will be disabled. The power cord will be disconnected from the wall outlet or the circuit breaker will be deactivated.

Step 3: The screws that hold the top panel of the dryer in place will be taken out. The top panel will be raised to gain access to the dryer’s interior.
