Product Description

The LG 4413ER1002F Rotor Assembly rotates the drum of the washer through connection with the stator to generate a magnetic field to rotate the motor. This is a vital part that translates electrical energy to mechanical movement that rotates the inner tub in a washing and spinning process. The rotor assembly is designed to perform efficiently and produce less noise, which provides a smooth and consistent movement of the drum assisting in producing better cleaning outcomes on compatible LG front-load washers.

Installation Steps

Step 1: The power supply to the LG washer should be disconnected and the plug should be removed from the wall outlet prior to commencing any tasks.

Step 2: The four screws positioned at the top of the washing machine that fasten the wash tub to the cabinet should be identified. These screws should be extracted.

Step 3: The top section of the washing machine should be gently lifted away from the cabinet and tilted back. Access to the rotor assembly will now be available.

Step 4: A Phillips head screwdriver should be employed to detach the bolts securing the rotor assembly.

Step 5: The old rotor assembly should be withdrawn and the new one should be placed in the same location.

Step 6: The rotor assembly should be fastened using the bolts previously removed, and the Phillips head screwdriver should be utilized to tighten them.

Step 7: The top of the washing machine should be reattached and secured to the cabinet with the four screws taken out in step two.

Step 8: The LG washer should be reconnected to the power supply and the power should be switched back on.

Step 9: An empty load cycle should be executed to confirm the proper installation of the new rotor assembly.
