Installation Steps

Step 1: The refrigerator should be disconnected from the electrical outlet. It should ensure that all circuits are deactivated, including any supplementary timers or switches.

Step 2: Any objects placed on the shelf designated for the end cap kit replacement should be removed and the shelf itself should be taken out.

Step 3: A Philips head screwdriver should be employed to detach the screw located at the top of the shelf bar that secures the original end cap.

Step 4: After the screw is taken out, the old end cap should be carefully lifted at both ends to detach it from the shelf bar.

Step 5: The new end cap kit should be obtained and positioned onto the shelf bar. It should ensure that the notches on each side of the end cap kit align with the respective holes on the shelf bar.

Step 6: Once the notches and holes are aligned, the end cap kit should be pressed down firmly to ensure it is securely affixed to the shelf bar.

Step 7: The end cap kit should be fastened onto the shelf bar by reinserting the screw that was previously removed and tightening it with a Philips head screwdriver.

Step 8: After the end cap is secured in place on the shelf bar, the shelf should be reinserted back into the refrigerator and the power supply should be reconnected.
