The Bertazzoni 409158 oven-Display + Logic Card is applied in both residential kitchens to regulate and control cooking processes and temperature. The unit receives the signal from the sensors on the oven and sends the instructions to the heating elements and the timers to control the cooking cycles. It works by accepting signals of user interface controls, processing the signals using the logic circuitry and transmitting the corresponding signals to the oven components.
