The White-Rodgers 36H32-423 Universal Gas Control Valve is designed to regulate the flow of natural gas or propane to heating or cooking appliances and provides safety and efficiency. It uses inbuilt safety features including the regulation of pressure, manual shut-off, and thermally-activated functions which react to changes in flames or temperature. This valve has standardized 3/4 inlet/ outlet ports and is used to control the delivery of gas, depending on thermostat or pilot signals and automatically opens to permit combustion when desired and closes to avoid leaks or unsafe situations.
