Installation Steps

Step 1: The Speed Queen 33489 Washer is disconnected from the electrical supply and it is ensured that all water connections are completely detached.

Step 2: The top panel of the washer is taken off by unscrewing the screws and the panel is carefully lifted away.

Step 3: The Strap, Standpipe-Beaded is identified and it is delicately extracted from the washer's interior using pliers or a small flathead screwdriver.

Step 4: A new Strap, Standpipe-Beaded is installed for the Speed Queen 33489 Washer and the new strap is securely fastened.

Step 5: The top panel is reinstalled by pressing it firmly into position and the screws are put back in.

Step 6: The washer is plugged back into the power source and it is verified that it operates correctly.
