Product Description
The Frigidaire 318255201 Range Small Oven Bake Element generates a heating bake element that bakes using electrical energy, changing it into heat energy. It is attached to the back wall of the lower compartment of the oven, and terminals are attached to the power harness in such a way that the current passing through the coil will make it heat up. Upon heating, it emits regulated heat throughout the cooking chamber, which also assists in creating a distribution of temperature. It is placed on the lower side of the oven cavity, and it aids in the proper delivery of heat during baking.
