The Frigidaire 318054010 Range Fitting Elbow attaches the gas pressure regulator to the manifold gas supply tube in the cooktop forming an accurate pathway for the flow of the fuel. It is fitted into the internal gas system and clamped to adjacent tubing to ensure alignment at different pressures. It is tightly sealed to prevent leaks and maintain the stability of the system. This fitting elbow is used to supply the fuel in a proper direction and prevent any unsafe burner functioning in the appliance.
