The Frigidaire 316203301 Range Broil Element works by using electrical energy to heat up and emit heat to the food that is under the broiler. It also can provide direct heat of high intensity to cook or brown the food from above. Its design also makes it possible to distribute heat evenly, which is essential in cooking and achieving better results. Due to its durability and the ability to replace it easily, it improves the cooking efficiency and the desired texture and taste of broiled foods.
