Installation Steps

Step 1: Preparation - Prior to initiating the replacement, the dryer should be disconnected from the outlet and the power source should be turned off. The vent hose should be detached and the screws from the back panel should be removed to access the motor.

Step 2: Motor Removal - The belt tension should be loosened and the rear drum seal should be taken off to reveal the motor. The electrical connectors should be unplugged and the two bolts securing the motor should be taken out. The motor should be gently pulled out from its mounting position.
