Installation Steps

Step 1: The dryer is disconnected from the wall outlet by unplugging the power cord and the gas supply is shut off to the appliance.

Step 2: The dryer cabinet is accessed and the ignitor is identified.

Step 3: The screws are taken out from the bracket to detach the ignitor from it and the ignitor is carefully slid out of its socket.
