The Fisher & Paykel 253748 Range Dual Flow Valve 60C 70 is a regulator that delivers gas to the burner by managing 2 flow stages by using its internal valve passages. It works by varying the flow rate, where the burner knob is used to open the valve stem to enable a stable ignition and smooth regulation of low and high flame levels. It is fitted into the gas line of the cooktop top and it is attached to the mounting brackets and the burner manifold.
