Installation Steps

Step 1: Your refrigerator should be disconnected from the electrical outlet prior to starting the repair.

Step 2: The screws surrounding the perimeter of the refrigerator door that secure the door should be extracted.

Step 3: The door should be gently elevated off the refrigerator and set on a level surface.

Step 4: The existing gray, magnetic door gasket should be detached by softly pulling it from the door's edge.

Step 5: The door should be wiped with a cloth and window cleaner. Any remnants from the previous gasket should be eliminated.

Step 6: The new gray, magnetic door gasket should be positioned. Starting at the upper part of the door and proceeding along the edges, the gasket should be ensured to firmly attach to the door.

Step 7: The door should be reinstalled onto the refrigerator and the screws should be fastened.

Step 8: The refrigerator should be reconnected to the electrical outlet and switched back on.
