Installation Steps

Step 1: The washer is disconnected from the electrical outlet and the water supply is shut off.

Step 2: The top panel of the washer is taken off by loosening the screws situated at the rear.

Step 3: The screws and/or clips securing the front panel are extracted.

Step 4: The front panel is gently removed and set aside.

Step 5: Any wiring linked to the Speed Queen 204870 KIT, PANEL FRNT W/PADS is detached and the part is taken out.

Step 6: The new part is obtained and any necessary wiring is attached.

Step 7: The new part is positioned in the same location as the old one and fastened using screws and/or clips.

Step 8: The top panel is reinstalled and secured with screws.

Step 9: The water supply is reopened and the washer is reconnected to the power source.
