The Bertazzoni 200556 Range Top Panel supports the heating components and burners on a cooktop. It is to create a flat mounting surface, which holds the burners, grates, and other related parts in line with the control system. The upper panel is mounted on top of the internal frame of the range and is linked to the cooktop assembly. It operates with the burner elements and the control knobs to aid in the distribution of heat and allow the burner to operate uniformly throughout the cooking process.
