The filter ensures that vent system is always clear to enable the dryer to work at optimal efficiency.
Step 1: Your tools and materials should be collected. A Phillips head screwdriver, a replacement 137006200 latch, and a small flat-head screwdriver will be required.
Step 2: The freezer door should be opened and the screws located on the side of the door frame should be identified. The latch is secured by these screws.
Step 3: Your Phillips head screwdriver should be employed to unscrew and take out the screws.
Step 4: The old latch should be carefully extracted, ensuring that the adjacent components are not harmed.
Step 5: The new latch should be placed into the same position where the old latch was installed.
Step 6: The latch should be fastened using the original screws.
Step 7: The latch should be checked to confirm that it is tightly secured.
Step 8: The freezer door should be closed and it should be verified that the latch keeps it firmly shut.
