The Kelon 1315938 AC Running Capacitor controls the motor start and maintains a constant compressor or fan operation. It is mounted in the electrical compartment of the outside or inside unit, where it is mounted near the compressor or fan motor, where it can connect directly to the motor terminals and the control circuit by means of wiring leads or a terminal block. The capacitor is programmed to store and release electrical energy as required to provide motor torque. It provides a stable motor operation and allows a stable air conditioning operation during normal cooling cycles.
