Product Description
The Bosch 10014183 Range Ignition Transformer supplies the high-voltage supply required to form a spark for burner ignition. It changes the incoming electric supply into a higher voltage adequate for the ignition circuit. The unit is mounted inside the appliance near the burner control and ignition wiring, with its terminals joined to the assigned electrical connections. The electricity sent to the transformer produces the voltage required by the spark electrode and allows the gas burner to ignite & supports burner starting and provides the electrical output required for proper ignition.
