Product Description

The Scotsman 02-4628-01 Ice Machine Ice Sweep pushes the ice out of the ice maker mould into the storage bin it is frozen. It turns and forces cubes out of the freezing chamber after the cycle is completed. It is installed on the ice maker assembly and connected to the collection system, and it works as a part of the ice production cycle. It allows ice to remain in constant production and have efficient storage by removing ice in the mould and allowing the continuous production of ice.
