The Bosch 00601067 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor operates the fan to circulate air across the evaporator coil of the appliance. It works by converting electrical power into rotary motion, which turns the fan blades to circulate cold air that comes out of the evaporator coils. This motor attaches to the back of the evaporator cover in the freezer compartment and is connected to the wiring harness. It keeps air moving over cooling surfaces to maintain even temperature distribution and uniform cooling performance.
