The Bosch 00241177 Refrigerator Seal is used to provide an airtight seal between the appliance door and cabinet. It works by compressing while it's closed and not allowing warm air to enter and cold air to escape the compartment. It is located on the inner edge of the door and fits into the corresponding groove, closing the perimeter and keeping the internal temperature, minimizing energy and ensuring the cooling process.
