Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING and RETURNS:
All our shippings and delivery happens only on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
Same day shipping cut-off time will be 3PM CST
In case customer wanted to cancel the order before shippment, There will be an adjusting fee of up to 6% for payment gateway charges.
Item(s) returns are allowed up to 30 days from the date of shipment provided the item(s) are in new, unused, undamaged, re-saleable condition and
MUST meet the following criteria:
· Items intended to be returned must include: The original invoice OR copy of invoice OR invoice number
· Items should not have any obvious defects from installation or use
· Items must be returned in their original packaging that it was received in
· Items should bear no other markings on the product or package
· Items will not be accepted if received without their hologram intact
And:
Shipping costs to return items are at the expense of the customer
A return number must be obtained prior to returning an item. This number must be printed clearly on the outside of the box. Items received without a return number or boxes not clearly indicating the return number will be returned at the customer’s expense.
We should receive the parts back within 14 days from the day return authorization is issued
Restocking Fee
There will be a 10% restocking fee on returns, No restocking fee on defective products or our shipping errors.
SHORTAGES and DAMAGES
Short shipments and damaged parts should be reported to HnKParts within 3 business days of package receipt.
Defective and non-working condition parts must be reported with 5 business days.
WARRANTY & LIABILITY
Each item carries the full warranty of the manufacturer. Any liability claim will be limited to the purchase price. Shipping and/or labor charges are not covered. We assume no obligation on the part of any manufacturer except to process warranty claims to the manufacturer on behalf of our customers. Individual manufacturers’ warranty policies will be provided upon request.
