Installation Steps

Step 1: The range is disconnected from the electrical outlet. Any racks and surfaces obstructing access to the trivet are taken out.

Step 2: With a flathead screwdriver, the screws securing the top panel are taken out. The top panel is raised away from the range's surface and placed aside.

Step 3: The WPW10555822 Trivet is identified and the wires linking it to the range are disconnected.

Step 4: The screws that secure the trivet in position are taken out. Then, the trivet is lifted upwards and away from the surface.

Step 5: The new WPW10555822 Trivet is positioned onto the range's surface and fastened using the screws.

Step 6: The wires to the new trivet are reconnected.

Step 7: The top panel is reinstalled and fastened using the screws removed in step 2.

Step 8: Power to the range is restored by plugging it back into its source.
