Installation Steps

Step 1: The washer is disconnected from the power source prior to starting.

Step 2: The hot and cold water supply hoses are detached from the back of the washer.

Step 3: The two screws positioned on the upper right and left sections of the front panel are removed.

Step 4: The panel is extracted from the washer and placed aside.

Step 5: The clamps situated on both sides of the rubber bellow are identified and taken off.

Step 6: The old bellow is withdrawn and disposed of.

Step 7: The new WPW10237499 Whirlpool Washer Door Bellow is inserted, ensuring that the bead edge is oriented towards the interior of the machine.

Step 8: The new bellow is fastened to the washer using the clamps.

Step 9: The front panel is reattached by inserting the two screws.

Step 10: The hot and cold water supply hoses are reconnected.

Step 11: The washer is reconnected to the power source and activated to confirm that the door bellow functions correctly.
