Installation Steps

Step 1: Get Ready for the Installation.

Prior to starting the installation, these tools should be collected:

• Phillips head screwdriver

• Needle-nose pliers

• Tape measure

• Flashlight

• Whirlpool WPW10185992 TIMER.

Step 2: Disconnect the Refrigerator.

To prevent electrical hazards, the refrigerator should be disconnected from the wall outlet before moving forward.

Step 3: Take Off the Panel Cover.

The screws securing the refrigerator's panel cover should be taken out using your Phillips head screwdriver. The panel cover should be gently lifted and placed aside.

Step 4: Verify Connections.

A visual examination of all wires and connections in the vicinity of the Whirlpool WPW10185992 TIMER being replaced should be conducted. If any wires or connections seem loose or damaged, they should be tightened or secured using electrical tape.

Step 5: Detach Wires.
