Installation Steps

Step 1: The refrigerator is disconnected from the electrical outlet and the water supply line is turned off at the wall.

Step 2: The endcap located at the rear of the refrigerator is identified, usually found on either side of the compressor.

Step 3: With a Phillips-head screwdriver, the screws fastening the endcap to the refrigerator's frame are taken out.

Step 4: The endcap is carefully detached and placed aside.
