The Whirlpool WP67001716 Refrigerator Hook-Ladder is a small but vital part that supports the bottom crisper shelf in your Whirlpool refrigerator. It's a simple L-shaped object made of plastic with an attachment at one end. This hook connects to a rail on the back of the refrigerator, while the other end cradles the front edge of the crisper shelf. When functioning effectively, the ladder hook maintains the crisper shelf level and stops it from sagging or leaned forward while containing goods.
