Installation Steps

Step 1: The range oven is disconnected from the electrical outlet to prevent any shock hazards while replacing the thermostat.

Step 2: The top panel of the range oven is raised and a Phillips screwdriver is utilized to take out the screws that hold the surface elements and the ventilator fan housing in place.

Step 3: The connection point for the WP4449751 Whirlpool Range Oven Thermostat is identified, which is generally found at the rear of the appliance or beneath the range top.

Step 4: The connection from the WP4449751 Whirlpool Range Oven Thermostat is removed by either pulling it off or gently leveraging it with a flathead screwdriver.
