Product Description
The Supco SPP8E E Series Hard Start Kit is used to start the compressor by supplying extra electrical torque during the early arrangement of the motor. It is mounted on the electrical access panel of the compressor and is connected to the run and start terminals of the compressor, and connected to the existing wiring harness of the unit. The structure of the kit has a start capacitor and a relay that is intended to momentarily increase the flow of current without changing the regular control logic.
