The Grindmaster 86424 Coffee Grinder Motor Start Relay 220 V/50Hz initiates the motor momentarily the motor starts winding to take the motor to operating speed. Fits in the electrical housing of the grinder between the incoming power supply and the motor terminals and coordinates with the start capacitor and the main winding circuit. The relay has a 220 V/50Hz rating and is set up to cut off the start circuit when the motor has reached a high enough rotational speed. It controls the supply of initial current and maintains a constant motor load when the motor is performing regular grinding cycles.
