Installation Steps
Step 2: The air filter cover situated on the rear side of the refrigerator is found and taken off.
Step 3: The screws securing the evaporator cover are taken out and the cover is set aside.
Step 4: The three wires linking the compressor to the overload protector are detached. These wires extend from the compressor to the relay.
Step 5: The relay is extracted from the refrigerator by loosening its mounting screws.
Step 6: The new relay is positioned where the old one was located. The three wires linking the compressor to the new relay will need to be reconnected.
Step 7: The evaporator cover is refixed, ensuring it is fastened with the screws that were removed in step three.
Step 8: The air filter cover is reinstalled and the refrigerator is reconnected to its electrical outlet.
