The Dacor 111747 Range Sensor MAG is used to observe the temperature in the assembly to assist in cooking control in the process. It is fitted close to the heating element or the area where the temperature is to be sensed, and communicates directly with the control board, sending the heat information. The sensor has mounting points and wiring connections so that the sensor can be firmly mounted and transmit signals effectively. It supports standard cooking cycles and consistent overall operation by providing proper thermal feedback to coordinate heating.
